Enhance your healing journey with a personal yoga practice that meets your physical and emotional needs of expression. Sometimes words alone are not enough. Yoga provides a unique experience of using breath and movement to facilitate healing, because trauma and emotions can get stuck in our body until we process them.
Yoga gives your body an active opportunity to participate in the processing. Our trauma-informed, certified yoga practitioners are also therapists and will work with you to identify a personal approach for your healing needs. Practitioners bring experience in yogic philosophy, neuroscience, emotional processing, and somatic practices to their yoga teaching.
