Kaitlin is a licensed independent clinical social worker, specializing in working with children (ages birth-10) and their caregivers struggling with difficult behaviors, strong emotions, attachment concerns, and traumatic experiences. Kaitlin also works with adults experiencing a wide range of stressors and challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting stress, and perinatal challenges.
Kaitlin has specialized training in supporting young children and their caregivers, law enforcement officers and law enforcement families, and those navigating perinatal mental health and parenting stressors. She is endorsed as an infant mental health specialist (IMH-E) and is certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C).
Kaitlin provides clinical supervision to clinicians seeking independent licensure in Minnesota and is an endorsed reflective consultant for various community agencies and therapists.
In her free time, Kaitlin enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outside, and watching sports.
